劇情簡介
黨小組長 (1986)故事梗概 劉局長是航運局里說一不二的人物，有一次他視察工作返城時，在公路上受到市委書記女兒的捉弄，他敢怒不敢言。他的小車司機楊楊不懼權(quán)勢，治服了書記的女兒，為劉局長出了氣。為此，劉局長極力推薦楊楊擔(dān)任黨小組長。楊楊在前任組長的記錄本上，發(fā)現(xiàn)劉局長幾個月沒繳黨費，于是他去找劉局長收黨費。劉局長建議楊楊以后按月到會計科扣除他的黨費，楊楊提醒他，這是黨費，不是黨稅，如六個月不繳納黨費，就算自動退黨。梅嫂聽說楊楊是能管局長的"官"，便來告狀。原來，梅嫂一家三代人多年來一直擠在一間破屋里，最近剛分到一套新房，可劉局長的兒子要結(jié)婚，房子就被收回去。楊楊決定召開黨小組會幫助劉局長，可劉局長沒有參加小組會。楊楊只好找劉局長談話，局長認為，分房是行政部門的事，黨組織不能想管什么就管什么。楊楊送劉局長家人去郊外旅游，與劉家人發(fā)生了矛盾。劉局長要楊楊公開檢討，誰知楊楊會上對劉局長搞不正之風(fēng)，進行了批評。事后，楊楊按黨章，誠懇地指出劉局長存在的缺點。劉局長決定把楊楊調(diào)出機關(guān)，這時市委書記向他透露，黨代會要召開，是否繼續(xù)當(dāng)局長，選舉黨代表是關(guān)鍵。劉局長心領(lǐng)神會，立即改變了對楊楊的態(tài)度，還將房子退還給梅嫂。在選舉會上，楊楊代表機關(guān)黨小組向大會提出，劉局長已八個月沒繳黨費，一年多不過組織生活，不能當(dāng)選黨代表，引起會場嘩然。在一條寬闊的公路上，楊楊開著卡車迎面駛來。楊楊怎么改開卡車了？黨小組長還當(dāng)不當(dāng)了？人們思考著。
